  I had a very heavy, awkward, oversized box that I needed to ship across the state. I hoped the store would have a box with better dimensions that would work for these odd-sized items. They did! I was able to repack everything into a FedEx box and get my Ground shipment sent out, including a pre-paid return label for the box (it's going to a conference and needs to come back to the office afterwards).   I needed a few copies of a photo my incarcerated friend sent me. I never know the best way to do this and I've struggled in the past to use the self service options (variable quality, weird cropping, etc etc). Kristian was quick to make copies on good paper for me and even trimmed them. it was a brief transaction, but he was kind and helpful and I didn't feel the usual anxiety I have when asking for assistance.
