  I am very disappointed. I paid 2.5 times the cost of regular shipping to have the envelope delivered on Saturday and it was not deliver. I would like a refund. You need to train your employees better and not promise to do something you can’t do just to charge more money.

  Was going in to get a book shipped for my mom for Mother’s Day. Kosta worked hard to get me the best deal possible that the system allowed for a quick send off to her all the way in Canada!   I came in before close and spent some time at the self-service printer. By the time I asked Victor for help it was probably after close. He helped me print a double-sided file, with a special request to print single-sided on the front, and then single-sided on the back, which removed the 1mm vertical displacement between front and back sides. Furthermore it was on my own paper, which another local printer refused to print on. Not a single sheet of this expensive paper was wasted.
